In the app (fastest)

1. Open the MANSCOM app and sign in.
2. Go to Account → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

If your account has a project with a signed contract, the app asks you to email us so we can delete your personal data while keeping the contract and payment records.

By email

If you can't sign in, email manscom.eg@outlook.com from your registered address with the subject "Account deletion request". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by reply.

What is deleted / kept

Deleted: your login, name, phone, governorate, estimates, bookings, location data, and the messages and photos tied to your personal account. Kept: contracts, invoices and payment records of executed projects, only for the period required by law.

Signed in with Facebook or Google?

Deleting your account removes your data from MANSCOM. To also remove MANSCOM's access: Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites; Google → Account → Security → Third-party connections.
